My dream is for my canoe to get to Hudson Bay and then after it gets there for a cute little girl or boy to keep it and take very good care of it. I launched it on the Red river in East Grand Forks.
My canoe traveled for one day and finally got to Lake Superior. While it was in Lake Superior a little girl named Anna picked it out of the lake and showed her mom and dad. She was mad because they said to put it back into the water.
After the little girl put the canoe back in the water, a fish flipped onto the canoe and tipped the canoe over. Then the fish swam away. Then the canoe flipped back to the way it was before.
Then a frog jumped onto the canoe and sat on it for a little while. Then it jumped a few times on the canoe and tipped it over. Then the frog swam to shore. Then it was right side up again.
Then a beaver used it as wood for its dam. Then an old man pulled it out of the dam and brought inside and looked at it. He decided to keep it until spring. In the spring he put it back into the water.
Then a very kind mother picked me up and thought she was going to give it to one of her children. She read the bottom and saw that it said to put it back in the water so she did.
It finally made it to Hudson Bay and a little girl picked it out of Hudson Bay and showed her mom. Her mom said she could keep it. She was overjoyed. She took very good care of it.
