Canoe 18RD0085

As the river was calm and steady a canoe picked up a current. It was a sunny day of May in East Grand Forks. The birds were singing their beautiful songs. I then let it go. It sinked in but popped right back up. The canoe was going down the Red River but as it was floating down the river a bear was going to go catch some fish. As it was going down the bear snatched it. But after a few minutes a few hunters shot the bear! They then checked the bear and saw the canoe. After putting it into the website they then put it back in the river. As the canoe was close to Pembina, ND a fisher found the canoe. It was stuck in the rocks. He then broke it free. It was then back on track. As winter crept in it got colder and colder. ItՉ€™s winter resting spot was the Forks in Winnipeg. Then as spring came many people saw the canoe. One boy even almost took it home! When it picked the current back up it got stuck again at Lake Winnipeg. It sat there for two years! A beaver had tried to use it for a dam. He pulled and pulled but it would not budge. A moose even tried to move it. He ended up chipping a piece off. Then a nice man got it out, fixed it up, and put it back out in the lake. Once the canoe got to Hudson Bay it picked up another current to the Arctic Circle. Then it ended itՉ€™s journey in the Arctic Circle.
