It was a rainy wet day when a young boy was walking his dogs at Icelandic State park when he saw a canoe.Under an American elm tree so he brought it home and painted it and named it Finn.The young boy brought it back to Icelandic State park.and put it in the Tongue Riverits goal was to make it to Hudson Bay.Finn passed by a small town Akra.he saw birds chirping and chubs jumping.He made his way floating down the river.Eventually he made his way to the next town called Cavalier.he saw people fishing on the river bank.As he was leaving cavalierhe got stuck in a beaver dam.he was stuck for hours.Suddenly a bald eagle swooped in and picked him up and dropped him on the other side of the dam.he continued his journey on the Tongue River.He saw a snapping turtle trying to eat a frog.He ended up in a small town named Bathgate he saw a huge walnut tree.Eventually he ended up in the pembina river.He was floating on the Pembina River when he saw a beaver making a dam but he kept making his way until he made it to the Red River.Finn saw a lot of different fish like walleyeperchpaddle fish and a lot more but he kept on going and he saw a lot of land animals like bald eagles foxes and squirrels and he also saw different plants to.Like bur oakwillow treegreen ash trees and coniferous trees but then he saw he was at Lake Winnipeg it was beautiful but he kept going and saw a snapping turtle coming his way it tried biting him but a wave came and gave him a boost he saw boats and.A lot of fish but before he knew it he got to Nelson River he saw walleye and a bunch of other fish and land animals like deerraccoons and squirrels but he kept on going and going but he got stuck in a bunch of sticks and was there for hours but a big.Wave came and the sticks moved out of his way and he kept going down the river and then he made it he was in hudson bay he saw the ocean he finally made his goal Finn made it.
