My canoe will make it all the way to Lake Winnipeg. I hope it sees a trout spawning ground and meets a pine marten. Along the way my canoes journey will be beautiful.
At first Paddle quietly sits on top of the snow bank on the river. Surrounded by thick dead cattails hiding like a mountain lion stalking its prey. Canada Geese flew overhead to check it out. Fat fox squirrels running around near the water Northern Pike being caught by fishermen on the ice.
Paddle could hear the small creek beside the river running. The snow melted and Paddle was sent down the river. After around 5 kilometers he made it into a pond where he was picked up by a pelican and was flown all the way to Lake Manitoba and then was dropped. He was going around Lake Manitoba when he saw a Pine Marten. He saw Delta Beach and he eventually made it out of Lake Manitoba and into Fairford River. He saw tons of different fish species and was even lucky enough to see a black bear. Once he made it out of the Fairford River he was pulled into Lake St. Martin where he was picked up by an 11 year old kid. He was just lucky enough to get out of the water before winter where the water froze. The kid's name was Jeffrey and he was a boat designer. He fixed paddles' paint and eventually in the summer let him go back in the lake where he floated out of the lake and into the Dauphin River. It was the perfect time to see trout spawning.
Eventually he made it down the river and into Lake Winnipeg. Paddle has been floating around Lake Winnipeg ever since.
