Goodbye my friend have fun on your journey to the Atlantic Ocean My creator said. Splash Here I go to start my journey Hi My name is Belle. It's spring 2025 and I'm starting my journey in the Sand Hill River in Fertile Minnesota. There are a lot of fresh flowers butterflies and little baby birds. The river is warm and kind of cold. But it's nice. It feels like a nice refreshing pool. Hi again It's been two days and I have tipped over but I got on the right side again. Im almost to Beltrami Minnesota. I have seen a lot of animals. I made friends with a duck whose name was Zoey. I loved her ducklings. They were so nice like little puppies. Their names were Miley and Lilly. I guess I just realized that Im in Beltrami It's a small town. Like Fertile but it's very nice. A couple minutes later someone noticed me and picked me up. He put me back in the water a few days later. Im on my way to Climax Its summer and its HOT. Your popsicle would melt in a second. I am in Climax. This little girl picked me up and brought me to her house. She told me that her name is Izzy. I thought to myself that is a lovely name. She kept me for a few days then she read the sign to put me back in the water. She cried and said goodbye as she put me in the water to continue my journey. As I went down stream I saw only Miley. I asked her Where is your mom and sister She told me they were right behind us and we laughed. Then a few days later I hit the Red River and Zoey said Im afraid we cant go with you anymore. Why I said very sadly. Well it's too hard for the ducklings Zoey said. It's fine. I can do it by myself. She said Yes you can. Bye Belle they said. And I continued my journey. A few months later after getting picked up a thousand times I finally made it to Grand Forks North Dakota. Its starting to get colder. There are huge buildings. Its a lot bigger of a town than Fertile or Beltrami. After Grand Forks a few months later I made it to Canada And it's fall I love fall with all the pretty colors. I wonder if my creator still wonders about me. I made a new friend whose name is Riley. She's a fish. She said Are you ready for winter Belle You won't be able to be on your journey for two months. Two months I cant wait that long. That's like waiting for a new movie to come out. Well you have to Riley said. A few days later I made it to Winnipeg. Its HUGE I went through this dark forest. I realized I wasnt in the water any more. I was in a fox's mouth I was so scared. But she was very nice. She had five kits. They were nice too. Their names were Sophie Nat Bridget Bailey and Emmy. Their moms name was Harper. Harper saw the sign and said You can stay with us tonight. But then tomorrow were going to put you back in the water to continue your journey. I said Thank you and went to sleep. That night the stars were dancing in the night sky. They put me back in the water and continued my journey. A month later I finally made it to Lake Winnipeg. It was a huge lake. A few months later I finally made it to Nelson River. And guess what it was winter. But this old lady brought me to her cabin for the winter. We had so much fun spending time together. The winter went by so fast like a cheetah. I didnt realize it but now it was time to put me back in the water to continue my journey. I saw this huge grizzly bear. It reminded me of a hairy tree. I was so scared but it didnt even notice me. Whew I thought. After a month in the Nelson River I finally made it to Hudson Bay. And guess what I saw Riley again We talked and we talked. Now it's spring again so I know it's been a whole year since I started my journey. I thought I must be close to the Atlantic Ocean. Hudson Bay is my favorite bay of all. Guess what I made it to the Atlantic Ocean The ocean was just roaring with waves. And I already made friends with a sea turtle whose name is Aubrie. There are a lot of sea animals here. Im sure Ill make friends with a lot of them. Im so happy I completed my journey.
