My canoe's name is W8 4 m3 and here are my hopes and dreams for him. I will launch him into the Red River where he will be free to thrive in between Moorhead and Fargo . After passing through Cass County I hope for my canoe to see a log on the not so gentle current of the red river. In the next 2 weeks I hope my canoe will venture through the riverbed and find his way towards a wheat field and rest for a day. I then wish for my canoe to go for 3 days and find a beaver building its dam. After a day of travel I hope my canoe would find Grand Forks where he could then find a single elm tree where he could enjoy the view for an hour or two. By this point my canoe could be wading in the gentle breeze of fall where he could freely glide across the cold waters into Walsh County where I hope he would stay for winter. I hope for my canoe to see the first line of sunlight on an early spring morning as he drifts down the river as an Indigo Bunting picks a salmon straight out of the water as he enters Canada. I hope he sees an aspen tree as a cod would hopefully swim under him and speed him up the river where hawk picks up the cod so W8 4 m3 could see a moose and after would enter Winnipeg. I also hope he will see a seal eat a salamander and enter Lake Winnipegstay there for a year and eventually see a polar bear. Enter the Nelson River and eventually make it to Hudson Bay.
