My canoes name is Donald. I have many hopes and dreams for my canoe once I launch it in May 2025. One of my dreams for Donald is for him to see the Amazon Rainforest. When I first send Donald down the Red River in Fargo I hope he will see an oak tree or maybe some turkeys. I hope as it passes Cass County it will see some catfish swimming by the muddy river banks. I hope it will have a calm ride to Marshall County and along the way I hope it sees a majestic pheasant flying over. On its way to Grand Forks I hope it gets to see a deer drinking from the river and see the best vegetable on the planet potatoes.When it passes the Usa Canada border I hope it sees a big mouth buffalo. Later on as it passes by Winnipeg I hope it gets a chance to see a northern pike jumping from the water and the beautiful evergreens. I hope as fall comes it gets to experience the falling leaves and the leaf tornados. On its way to Lake Winnipeg I hope it gets to see a moose. By the winter I hope it gets frozen in the Nelson river on the way to Hudson Bay. As it's frozen I hope a seagull nests on it until the spring. After the ice melts I hope by the mid summer he will get to Hudson Bay.In Hudson Bay I hope a giant killer orca jumps over him and sends him closer to escaping to the Atlantic ocean. By the time I graduate I hope it will have traveled out of Hudson Bay and go south along the east coast all the way down to South America. Then I hope it will keep going east until it's beached on Brazilian territory. After it gets beached I hope a monkey named Jimmy who knows karate picks it up and takes it to the Amazon river.
