My story starts at the Red Lake River in Crookston, MN. A canoe was given to a little girl at her birthday. She was so excited to get her present. She decided that she was going to float her canoe down the river. It was a great idea and her father decided that he was going to help her. So, they set off to the water. While they were there, they saw many other canoes launching into the water. It was then and there that the little girlՉ€™s canoe was on a mission to watch over all of the other canoes to be sure they were traveling safely along the waterways.
