I, Hawaiian Paradise,
flow gently through the water.
In the air I see marshmallows,
in the blue sky.
In the distance I see
a black bear as hungry as can be.
A blue pigeon lands on me beautifully and gracefully
as my cedar body flows through.
Once I hit lake Winnipeg,
I hear waves as big as giants crash against the shore.
A couple of days later I hit the Nelson River.
I see a full family of birds.
Then I begin to feel very lonely.
I see a little girl sitting down by the river,
she picks me up and reads my sign,
she gives the owner of me a message.
Last, she lets me free,
I feel peace and
warmth.
