Blossom is my canoe who traveled to Lake Winnipeg from Grand Forks, North Dakota. Her story starts in the spring of 2019, when she is placed in the Red River. A few days after Blossom started her journey, she was in trouble. A wolf pup spotted her and picked her up. She was now on land and a wolf's toy. A few hours later, night was coming and the wolf pup reported home. The wolf was nice and placed Blossom by the water, so she was back on her journey. A month after meeting the wolf, Blossom found herself stuck on the shore by the river. She was stuck there for a week, and she met a rabbit. The rabbit came and sniffed her, but then left because the rabbit heard something. Blossom decided that she needed to be more aware of her surroundings after meeting the rabbit. After that long week, she finally got back on the river, thanks to a rainstorm. About 2 months later Blossom was now in Canada, she was again stuck by the river and not in it. Blossom did get to meet a duck, but the duck thought she was food and pecked on her. Blossom learned to try to stay away from ducks because they donՉt know the difference of food and a wooden canoe. Over the winter Blossom was stuck in between two rocks, and frozen there. After the long winter, April came and the snow started to melt away and the river rose. Blossom got unstuck and was now passing through Winnipeg. After a month she was finally in Lake Winnipeg! She came to the place she wanted to see. Blossom stayed in the lake for the rest of the time. She stayed in many cabins, boats, and on the shore. This was BlossomՉs journey to Lake Winnipeg.
