Hi! My name is Journey, I am a canoe. I went on a really long trip to Lake Winnipeg, it took me about 15 months to get there. I know what you are thinking, WOW thatՉ€™s a long time, but trust me it's not nearly enough time to experience what I went through on that journey. So I am going to tell you about some of the things I went through. I first started my journey by thinking it was going to be a fast and easy trip to get to Lake Winnipeg, but boy was I wrong. It all started when I was going down the Red River, I saw a fawn and she was adorable, but little did I know she was a troublemaker. She started off by sniffing me as I passed by, and I was totally fine with that but after that she took me out of the water then started to hit me with her hoof. I started to chip and everything. I am pretty sure she thought I was food because she started to chew on me too. Not soon enough, her mother started to leave and the fawn quickly followed her, after sinking me in the river. I sat there for quite a while, from what I remember I was there for about a week. I saw all my friends pass by me, like Blossom and Ridley, the canoes, and they couldnՉ€™t help me. After that long week, I finally saw my chance to get help out of the water. A goose found me while wandering off from it's flock and helped me back on my way. I continued my journey for 13 straight months without any problems excluding storms, I even raced a bunny. As I was saying, most of the trip went swimmingly but then a giant log fell over and blocked me from getting out, plus it was gross and mossy. It took awhile for me to continue on with my journey but luckily a beaver started to take bit by bit of the log over to a dam. The dam was yet another problem I had to deal with. I donՉ€™t know how, but I was lucky enough to be picked up by another beaver and dropped back into the river. I guess it knew I didn't belong in a dam. In the end, it was the longest journey I think I will ever take in my entire life, but it was worth it considering all the animals I saw and all the obstacles I overcame, I really enjoyed my journey. ThatՉ€™s it folks, so thank you for listening and this is Journey the canoe saying I hope you enjoyed my story and good day.
