Canoe 19RD0635

19RD0635
I want my canoe to reach the Hudson Bay. Along its journey, I want it to experience all four seasons, and see the elements, including fire, rain, snow, sun, hail, (well, maybe not hail because it would crush my poor canoe), mist, and much, much more. Once it reaches the Hudson Bay, I want it to feel free, leaving behind animals that may wish to attack/eat it, life, death, and the feeling of the need to belong. I want my canoe to meet all kinds of animals- good and bad, kind and evil. I want it to see deer with their young, birds pecking out of their eggs, and rabbits hopping. I want it to see moose disappearing into the silhouette of a pine forest during sunset. I want it to see sunrises and sunsets, over forests, water, small villages, and large cities. I want it to experience and feel all that I will never be able to, busy with a life full of occupation, love, heartbreak, life, and death. Although my canoeՉ€™s journey will be tough, I hope that it learns an important lesson- struggles will come and go, conflicts and adventure come out of nowhere, but no matter what, it is important to keep pushing on, leaving your troubles behind you to wash away with the gentle flow of the river, over the rushing falls, the rushing falls of life. I hope that it learns that you only live once, so you need to focus on the positive aspects of life, and not what just happened with that animal 57 yards back. Once it learns this lesson, I hope that it begins to teach others what it has learned, if not by words, then by their judgement of how it looks, and what it has been through when it reaches the person who finds it. I hope that my canoe is not only an adventurer, but a teacher of an important life lesson.
