My name is the Smith Voyager. I am made from the strongest oak tree in Minnesota. I may be small, but I am mighty. Despite this strength, I despise the cold. But my other canoe friends have decided were taking a trip north this winter. My journey will start at the Red River of the North in Grand Forks, ND. From their I will start floating up the river. Hopefully I can make it further north before winter hits, so I donՉt get frozen in the ice. But if that does happen, it will be a great story to add to my journey of heading south. My goal is to make it to the Hudson Bay where I can float freely in the ocean. I would really love to see some amazing wildlife. IՉve always wanted to see a polar bear or dolphin. That would be so cool if I got to see them. Or even a Whale. That would be even cooler. Well I better get going on my journey. Bon Voyage!
