My canoe will start in the Maple River. It will sail by a tree that has baby birds hungry for food.It might rain so much that a beautiful rainbow will come out. There will be rapids and my canoe will tip over and make a splash. There will be some trees hanging over the river and my canoe will float right under them. There will be so many dead trees blocking the path but my canoe will go under it. It will stop by some farms, little kids will look at as my canoe passes by. The canoe will pass under a bridge where some fishermen will wave by. It will finally reach the Sheyenne river where there will be lots of houses. The color of the river will change color because my canoe is going to the Red river. The canoe will see many squirrels running in the trees as fast as they can go. The canoe will see fish, otters, and bevers. It will get stuck on the side of the Red river. The canoe will reach Lake Winnipeg. It will be able to see a lot of beautiful things on its way; it may even find an old church or school house. The canoe will see lovely plants and animals. It will get stuck 2 or 3 times but it will alway just flow with the water. Some people will pick it up on its way and look at and see what the patterns are on it but they may put the canoe in the water and let it flow by the peaceful nature, the beautiful nature, the nature that nobody has found or the species. It might be sunny or humid or rainy out but my canoe will survive the harmful weather. My canoe might go in circles but it will find the right way.
My boat may not go fast but it will make it there. It may take months or years but at least it gets to see the beautiful outdoors. And gets to explore the world. And see magical things in life like a caterpillar hatching from its cocoon.
