My name is Dean. It is summer at the Sand Hill River. I see a bunch of kids. I was dropped ahead of the other canoes as I was floating down the river I saw a school of fish. I saw a lot of things in the river too on my way. I got to Climax where I saw a couple of cool cars and some cool buildings. I went underneath the Climax bridge. Then I realized I was in theRed River. Its been 2 weeks so far. I got washed up in the ditch and a kid picked me up. He read a message on the top of my canoe and put me in his pickup. He told his dad to drive him to Grand Forks. The kid dropped me into the river off of the bridge in Grand forks. I floated awaybut I got stuck at a beaver dam. Sadly I got stuck for 2 years It was fall now as the water finally broke through the beaver dam. A beaver carried me on his back all the way to Winnipeg. The beaver flipped me off its back and I traveled to Lake Winnipeg. I floated by the shore line. When I got to the other end of lake Winnipeg a guy picked me up and wrapped me in a towel. When I woke up I was embarrassed. Through all my excitement I forgot to tell you I was shipped away on a cargo ship and I also fell down Niagara Falls The cargo ship brought me to Paris where a person put me on top of the Eiffel Tower At night a nice person climbed up to save me took me back home to Canada and put me in a locked safe. Its been another 2 years since the kid brought me to Canada where I now need to continue my journey to the Hudson Bay. On my way to the Hudson Bay I saw a beaver cutting a tree that fell down and blocked my way to the Hudson Bay luckily a drift pulled me under water and under the tree and then I was on my way. Its been 2 weeks and I finally made it to the Hudson Bay. I floated along the shore line until I finally made it to the North Atlantic Ocean now Its spring and Ive floated all the way to Greenland What a journey
