As Spitfire floated through the murky but reflective water along Akra, Cavalier, and Bathgate in the Tongue River there she saw a great big spotted cool looking fish called a Northern Pike and there along the bank there were kids playing. They saw Spitfire and they went up to grab her but they noticed something: it was a little canoe. They grabbed her out of the water, and they read the message that it said. The message said that if you find me please put me back in the water. So as the kids listen they put her back. And as she kept on going through the Tongue River she spotted another fish. It was a not so big fish but it was a cool orange and yellow looking fish with black stripes. It was a Perch. After she saw that Perch she saw some really nice Boxelder Trees that were tall and some cool Pussy willows. Soon after she saw the two fish she came close to the Pembina River. After a while she was soon floating in the Pembina River. Once she was in the Pembina River along the town of Pembina she saw something swimming in front of her. It was a bigger kind of fish. It was a Walleye. It was a gold and gray colored fish and it had some spekkels. As Spitfire went along the town of Pembina she saw some people walking because it was a nice warm day and after she past the town she saw some farms around and she saw another fish it had big eyes, and big fins but it was a small size fish with yellow, gold, white colors with black double u shaped marks kinda like zig zags. As Spitfire came close to the end of the Pembina River she saw tall grass that swayed in the wind. Also she saw some really big American Elm Trees.
Soon she came to the Red River. It was a big and wide river. It was a brownish green color with sand and rocks along the banks of it. When Spitfire was floating along the river she had seen a fish washed up on a bank. It had looked dead but the wind came up and the water carried it back into the water and it was alive. It was a tall looking fish. It was brown with a white stomach and gold colored stripes. It was a bigger fish but not too big . It was a sunfish. After Spitfire saw the fish she had not noticed she was floating by the town that the Red River crossed she was floating by Emerson. There she saw some people at a farm who were planting something. After the farm she saw someone fishing. They had caught a fish. It was a medium sized fish. It was a greenish yellow and gold color with a little bit of black it was a Smallmouth Bass. After she saw the bass she saw a Green Ash Tree. It was tall, wide and covered with green leaves. Next she saw a Bur Oak Tree that had little acorns growing on it and weird shaped leaves. She was reaching the end of the Red River so soon she would be going into Lake Winnipeg.
After a while she was floating in Lake Winnipeg. There Spitfire saw a skinny and tall Aspen Tree. After she saw the Aspen Tree she saw an Ironwood Tree. It was an older medium tall tree that looked like it was twisted roots with not many leaves. After she saw the trees she saw a big fish swimming in front of her. It was a largemouth bass. It was greenish gray with black and goldish colors. After she saw the bass she saw another fish and that was an Orange Spotted Sunfish it was blue green yellow with orange spots on it. After that Spitfire was getting close to the Nelson River. She was now on the Nelson River and there along the bank she saw a Cottonwood Tree that looked like it had fluffy little marshmallows on it. After she saw the tree she saw a fish in the water. It was a bass. It was brownish green with a little bit of white. She saw another tree. It was a Chokecherry Tree. It had little cherries on it with brite green leaves. A while after Spitfire saw the things she saw another fish, a Freshwater Drum. It had a big hump on its back and it was gray and white it was washed up along the bank but it was alive. It was able to flop back into the water and it swam off. The Nelson River went by quickly Spitfire had thought but she was right she was now at the end of the Nelson River. Now Spitfire realized she would be at her last place, the Hudson's Bay. SpitfireՉs cruise had been fun and she had traveled so many miles. Finally, she had reached Hudson's Bay. She saw some great big Polar Bears that were big and white and had huge paws. After she saw the bear she saw a Red Fox. It was little and fast and it was an orangish red color with a black tip tail. A while after that she saw some plants. She saw some Poplar Trees that were tall and white. And then the last thing that she saw was a White Spruce Tree. It had little green needles and little pinecones.
