It all started when an 11 year old boy threw me into the icy waters! He had worked on me for a couple weeks, making sure my structure was right and that I could hold up through whatever I was about to experience on my journey.Թ He finally got me into the cold water. It was time for me to begin my journey to the Hudson Bay. I was really looking forward to this trip, but I worried about some possible situations. I hoped I did not run into rocks, so they wouldnՉt wash me up. It would not have been good if I ran into a little kid, because he could pick me up and keep me as a toy. I would try to avoid any sort of ground, because if I got washed up on the ground somebody could find me or something bad could happen like a fire that could burn me. My journey started. I was off and like I said, I got thrown into the icy water. I started off at Lake Winnipeg and I was super cold, so I just focused on my goal of making it to my destination.Թ I saw a kid fishing and he caught a giant walleye - it wiggled away off his bait.Թ I was a little afraid, so I just tried to be as quiet as possible. Luckily, he didnՉt notice me.As I continued on my way, I suddenly felt a tug. It was a giant fish. I think it was the same walleye that the kid I had seen earlier had caught, but it got away.Թ The tug I felt was the fish trying to swallow me whole. I was in the depths of his stomach. I knew I had to survive so I tried to move as much as possible so he would puke me out.Թ It worked!Թ He was forced to regurgitate me, so I plopped out back into the water. I tried to be quiet, so he would not come after me again. To my surprise, I made it!! IՉm finally in Hudson Bay. I can't believe I made it.Թ And then I just saw that 11-year-old boy -Թ he grabbed me and he was so happy.Թ I felt like a hero for making it through those tricky situations, all the way to the end.Թ I hope I get to try it again someday.
