My name is Jake. I am gonna go on a journey to the Atlantic Ocean. I am a canoe. Since my owner made me he was talking about hoping I make it far and see cool things. I have a lot of different colors such as blue red yellow and green with an american flag on the top. I was soon in the nice cold water surrounded by plants and trees. My owner looked at me waved and walked away. When he did this I knew my journey began. There was a small tadpole swimming under me. My travel was going great until it was turning dark. A couple bugs landed on me but flew away because a frog was on the hunt.
After the frog incidentI saw the beautiful sun coming up. As I faced the bright sun a blue jay landed in the back of me for a ride down the river. The air was so nice. As I saw coyotes running and playing with each other I came across a big fish who was swimming by. I noticed people were fishing near the rocks. I dont think they noticed me flowing by them. As I was flowing down the river just chilling I saw two kids climbing a choke cherry tree. The berries on that tree looked so good. The sun started to set but I keeped flowing. Then I ran into a beaver house with two beavers hiding inside of the house.
Its a peaceful night with the grasshoppers chirping and there are so many stars and they are so big and bright. But it started to rain. Luckily the trees' leaves were preventing rain from getting on me. When I got to Bathgate the Tongue River turned into the Pembina River. As I was traveling I saw saplings growing with turkey walking around. Then the Pembina river turned into the red river. As I was going north past emberson manitoba I saw boxelder and american elm a bear and a bald eagle. When I got to north winnipeg the red river dumped into lake winnipeg i saw juneberry and bur oak raccoons and otters swimming around me the sun started to go down. My surroundings were so different. I knew I was in a new place. Wait am I in Hudson Bay.
So I keeped traveling. Now it was dark and I saw a dig ship in the distance. Luckily I was traveling with the waves. I couldn't see anything for so long. Till the sun started to come up and I could see the ship much better. It was yellow and black with a red bottom. I think I am in just salty water. I am in the Atlantic Ocean My nice journey has ended. I am so happy. My owner will be so happy with me. As I am still flowing I see a lot of big fishes swimming all around. My journey was so fun I saw so many cool things. Looks like this is THE END.
