Canoe 24RD0051

I start my journey as a piece of cedar wood being carved into a wooden canoe. I had one purpose to start at the Tongue river Cavalier North Dakota and make it all the way to Hudson Bay in Canada. I started my journey as I was thrown into the chilly waters of the Tongue River. While I was going down the river I got stuck in some cottonwood roots. While I was stuck for hours a white tail deer started to sniff me and then nudged me with its nose into the water but as I was going down the river I felt like I wasnt floating like I wasnt touching the water then I realized I was on a snapping turtles shell. As my friend the turtle was cruising down the Tongue River we saw a sign saying welcome to the Pembina River. Then my friend said he could only take me a couple more miles down the river because it was time for his family to hunt some water bugs. A couple hours passed and he said he had to go but he knew a friend who could take me to the Red River. I got a little bored while he took me to his friend's house named Jeffy. I kind of got interested in all the forbes bushes and chokecherry trees along the way. When we arrived I found out that Jeffy was a river otter Unfortunetly he said it was getting too late and his parents wouldnt allow him to go. I said goodbye and was on my way to the Hudson Bay. I ended up landing on a rocky beach in Pembina. I waited for hours and a girl picked me up and begged her dad to keep me but her dad read what was written on my side and said that this canoe has to make it to the Hudson Bay so they threw me back into the Pembina River. I couldnt believe my eyes when I saw a sign that said welcome to the mighty Red River. I saw many birds and fish like songbirds and black bullheads as well as perch. A couple months past and I had reached Emerson there I saw many cats eating catnip and climbing bur oak trees. When I arrived in Lake Winnepeg I knew my journey was soon to come to an end everywhere I looked even on the beaches of Lake Winnepeg there were green trees as well as quaking aspen. In which masked shrews find worms and other bugs. I just had to get stuck when I was about to go to the Nelson River but while I was yelling for help a black bear came to the rescue and threw me back into the lake in the proccess I got a big scar on my wooden face. I finally made it to the Nelson River where at night it was just bats everywhere you look theyll follow you on the river and try to eat you. While raccoons dont swim that's what I thought but I found out the hard way when I stuck my tongue out at the raccoon. I accidently aggravated the raccoon. We basically did a swimming race and he won and he dragged me down to the bottom of the Nelson River.I started to beg him for mercy. He finally let me go and said never stick your tongue at a raccoon again. I noticed that the raccoon climbed up an American elm but he struggled climbing the aspen. I knew my journey would soon come to an end because the water was getting alot colder since Lake Winnipeg. When I reached the Hudson Bay I couldnt believe I had finally made it in about 2 years of nothing but floating along rivers and lakes. While I was floating on the edge of Hudson Bay I noticed a beluga singing a song to a Polar Bear. I also noticed a seal trying to act like an Arctic Willow that was being waved around by the wind. The seal was probably trying to act either like an Arctic willow or a dwarf birch from the way it was swaying around from the way the seal was looking at both the plants and dancing like crazy. I could taste the salty waters of the Hudson Bay. I realizied that I had finally reached my destination of the Hudson Bay of Canada.
