Hi my name is Cassoh and I am on my journey to the Atlantic Ocean. I'm starting my journey in Akra North Dakota but soon I will be in CavalierNorth Dakota. You are probably wondering how I am going to get to all these places. Well I'm going to be flowing on a bunch of rivers and lakes. The river I am flowing on right now is the Tongue River in North Dakota. I was going through Bathgate North Dakota. I saw a beaver. The beaver was cutting down a bittersweet tree to help build their home. The beaver was doing very well at making his home. When I was there I was looking at the beaver not knowing I was going to get stuck in the beavers home. Then when I was there stuck in the beavers home I saw a little girl walking around the river with her dad. The little girl's dad was holding a shotgun and chokecherries because they were trying to catch a turkey to eat for dinner. Then the little girl saw me and told her dad. He said he would try to save me and get me back on the river. He did successfully save me and then I was back on my way to the Atlantic Ocean. It was night time on the Pembina River when I saw a screech owl in a woodbine tree trying to find some food to eat. Then the owl saw a songbird in an American elm tree trying to sleep and the owl went to the song bird and ate the song bird.It was a very sad scene so I just decided to go to bed and not talk about it the next day. When I woke up I saw that I was in Pembina. I saw some girls riding bikes and some boys going on walks. One of the girls was on a pink sparkly bike that was sparkling in the daylight. I am now on the Red River and it is huge compared to the Tongue River. I just saw a river otter and it was trying an American cranberry but the otter did not like it. The otter threw the cranberry in the river and it landed in my boat which I thought was really cool. Then I saw a bald eagle coming from behind a box elder tree. The bald eagle was trying to catch the otter to eat him for dinner but the otter got away. Lake Winnipeg is so calming and nice. I love it here in Lake Winnipeg.I mean I did until I saw a raccoon and it terrified me. He was eating a juneberry and a river bank grape. Then out of the corner of my eye I saw a mink come up from under the water with a fish he was trying to eat. The mink was trying to eat the fish and the raccoon got scared and ran off into the woods. I'm getting so close to my destination. I cannot believe I am already on the Nelson river. Nearby a green ash tree I saw an eastern red bat flying through the sky. It landed on some moss near the water. The bat was looking at a waterfowl. The waterfowl was swimming in the water so calmly. Finally I am at Hudson Bay. It is so cold here. I saw a seal that was swimming in the water. It looked so cute. There was an Arctic fox roaming around in some cotton grass looking for some bearberries. I'm guessing it was very hungry because it looked very skinning like it was only skin and bone. I felt very bad for the fox. I just wish I could have helped it. I'm so happy I am finally in the Atlantic Ocean. While I was there I spotted a beautiful Arctic poppy. That was a nice spot. I also saw a polar bear chasing after a walrus to eat.Which was very sad. The bad thing was the polar bear caught it. The good thing was I got far enough to not see it but I heard it. At last I finally made it. I'm so happy I didn't get stuck or wrecked.I loved that trip even though it was long. Im so glad I accomplished my goal and that I made it safely. Who knows where I will go next. I am hoping to go to France or Denmark. I would also really like to encounter more peopleanimals and plants. It was nice going to all these new places and I loved seeing new things and people. Well I have to continue my trip now. I hope to talk to you later.
