My canoes name is The Black Cat. I have many hopes and dreams for my canoe once I launch it from the Red river in Fargo in May 2024. I hope it will someday reach Hawaii after passing through Hudson Bay. When I launch my canoe into the Red River from Fargo I hope I will enjoy seeing a bunny running through a field of spring wheat. My canoe will pass Grand Forks filled with joy and will see a little orange fox passing by. As my canoe passes the fox it will see a little gray squirrel hiding in a maple tree. As my canoe passes on it can see a deer with its fawn. As my canoe goes on it will see a duck and loon resting on a pond. Then it can see a flying fish right above it. As my canoe turns towards the right it can see a wolf in plain sight. Then my canoe will see a beautiful golden hawk as it dives for the ground. It lifts my canoe high in the air and drops it on the other side of the border. When it lands in Lake Winnipeg it can see a moose .As it continues on a catfish swims underneath it and knocks my canoe off course. When the catfish knocks it of course it will see a family of owls nesting in a beautiful willow tree. Then as my canoe turns towards the shallow shore it can see a turtle and a starfish salmon and more. As my canoe passes by it can see a beaver building its dam nearby . As it reaches Hudson bay it can see a white seal in its way. As the seal leaves my canoe will see a polar bear and its cubs. Next it will see a narwhal swimming underneath my canoe. As my canoe leaves Hudson bay it can see dolphins leading its way. After a long exhausting journey it has found its way to Hawaii where my canoe will stay.
