My canoe's name is Tiny Leaf. By the time you see my canoe it will have been on a wild adventure but I would still like to talk to you about it. Tiny Leaf starts his adventure in the Red River Fargo Moorhead in May of 2024. Tiny Leaf leaped gracefully into the Red and started his long voyage to the Galapagos Islands. Two days after his leap in the early morning the smell of sugar beets filled the air. Tiny Leaf rode alongside a school of walleye until he arrived at Trial County where he encountered some fishermen who didn't pay much attention to him. Without his fish friends he traveled alone until he set eyes on rapids. He swished down the smooth rocks and gently continued. As the water began to slow he saw a beautiful minks sipping on the water. He glided past it and continued on. After almost three weeks he saw a massive oak tree bent beautifully over the water in its roots a catfish rested and in the branches a Indigo bunting worked on its nest. A month passed and the summer heat was in full swing as Tiny leaf past two beavers worked on their dam. He was caught in one of their branches and was stuck for around two days until the current picked up and swept him swiftfully away. He only got a few nibbles eaten out of him. He passed Pembina and Kitson County with no trouble but his real trouble was right around the corner. How would Tiny Leaf pass the border He was drifting near the shore when a little girl picked him up. Pap Mira lo que he encontrado She danced around in the river holding Tiny Leaf as if it was her prize she won. Si si veo que nica The man responded Hagamos nuestra parte y ayudemos a Tiny Leaf. They dried themselves off and drove across the border and found a bridge. Adios amiga Tiny Leaf and she threw Tiny Leaf as far as she could Which was only a couple of feet. He glided through the air like the Indigo Bunting and hit the water with a hardy splash. As he flouted away he heard the girl Si si si. Tiny Leaf now had her little name in his heart Zia. Now over the border Tiny Leaf slid past Emerson with relatively no trouble except for a few people seeing him and debating jumping in but were reminded by the chilly breeze followed by a few snowflakes. Almost Two months later he was finding more dangerous animals such as a link chasing a hare and some more tame like a fat bumblebee. He was now stuck in the ice right after entering Winnipeg. No one was in this part of the woods so he would have to wait. Another two months later the ice was almost completely melted. As the water began to move so did he He was right by the shore again and a little wood frog decided to hitch a ride on Tiny Leaf. Like a little captain guided Tiny Leaf through the waters of the Nelson River until he departed right before the Hudson Bay. Now in Hudson Bay he passed many sites but the most memorable was the caribou. The caribous breath looked like steam in the cold air. It has been a little over a year now and he has seen many people and animals but he will never forget Zia and her Pap. He traveled under a weeping willow with a bright blue blue jay. The waters got faster and more rapid. Tiny Leaf was sprayed with water as he entered the Hudson Bay. The only question is Will he find the exit of the Hudson Bay and get all the way to the Galapagos
