Once upon a time there was a boy named Brody. He had a dream for a little boat he had been building for weeks and he named it Little Blue. He envisioned Little Blue traveling all the way to Hudson Bay. Brody came home from school and was finishing up the paint and getting it ready for the next day. Little Blue was going to start his journey and it was going to be exciting. Brody was going to send it down a waterfall and watch it go down the stream. Brody could hardly wait for the school bell to ring the next day. He was the first one out he ran all the way home and grabbed his boat. He headed to the river to let Little Blue go. Little Blue started to move fast in the water and over the waterfall.
Little Blue traveled for at least 16 miles and stumbled across a big black bear. It was on a waterfall waiting for fish to jump. Little Blue was floating along and hit a rock and went flying right into the bear's mouth. Thankfully the bear spit him out right away.
Little Blue traveled for 23 more miles and came to a lake. A fisherman was out fishing and caught Little Blue he took him off the hook and looked at him. He thought he should bring it home to show his daughter. The fisherman found the words that said let me go to Hudson Bay so he put it back in the water. Little Blue found his way back on track. He traveled through towns and cities through woods and plains. After traveling for 103 more mileshe finally made it to Hudson Bay This is the story of Little Blue.
