Canoe 23RD1850

23RD1850
My canoe was launched in the Sheyenne River in Kindred, ND. First my canoe floated with three other canoes. One of the canoes got picked up by a beaver on the first day. The second canoe got stuck in some floating seaweed. At last, after four weeks, my canoe and its friend got to the Red River. Right as they reached the mouth, the other canoe started spinning wildly and it hit my canoe into the Maple River. It takes my canoe eight days to get back to the Red River. Once my canoe gets to the Red River, the other canoe is by the Buffalo River. My canoe floated along for three and a half weeks. Then my canoe met a dog by Wild Rice River. On the end of the leash was a small girl. The girl picked up my canoe and took it to her father. Her father, a fisherman, recorded the find. He decided to take my canoe to their home after their fishing trip. Two days later the fisherman and his daughter canoed home to Goose River. When they reached the Goose River, they put my canoe into the Red River and it was be on its way. Two months later, my canoe was at Boyne River. Only four more weeks until Winnipeg City. My canoe floated along when a flood put my canoe on shore. It sat there for a half a year until a fox came in late winter and smacks its tail against my canoe. It ran for its shelter because hunters are coming after it. When the tail hit my canoe, the fox ran onto the ice and broke it. My canoe slid onto the river and go for the hole that the fox made. It floated in that hole until spring came when the ice melts, where it floated to Winnipeg Lake, and from there traveled to Hudson Bay and to the ocean. I hope my canoe will get to Winnipeg by November 2024 and the ocean by April 2026.
