My canoe is going to start its journey today. I set my canoe in the Maple River and then watch it leave. Around 600 feet later the canoe gets stuck and after 5 hours a doe comes by and is suspicious of the canoe. The doe starts to poke the canoe with its nose and then the canoe is freed and is on to the Sheyenne River. After about 2 hours the canoe has moved about 200 feet because it has been shuffling on the river bank. But the canoe gets out of the river bank and is on a straight path.
The canoe is finally at the Sheyenne River. The canoe is moving fast. It is going so fast that in one day it is already in the Red River. The canoe moved left then right because it was moving too fast then it went too far right that it went flying out of the river. About 10 hours of sitting there a little boy comes along and grabs the canoe and puts it back in the water.
The canoe is back on track. Soon a suspicious little fish is swimming by and it notices the canoe. It goes up to it and pushes it along. The fish moves it so far down the river that in 5 days it is at the Great Lakes. But the adventure ends here because it washes up to shore and is found soon after.
