PADDLE
SPLASH! I land in water
I start my journey
My goal is to get to the Atlantic Ocean
I go down the Sandhill River; I see a lot of animals
I see golfers and it feels warm in the water
SPLASH! Like the blink of an eye a golf ball barely misses me
I finally make it to Beltrami; I see people
I see houses; it is cold in the water
BANG! a bird lands on me out of nowhere
I feel the fish under me then they jump up
I hear the birds chirping
I make it to the Red River; I see people fishing
It feels a little colder here, but it is not bad
I am getting close to Grand Forks
I see a coyote running after me
I reach Grand Forks; I see people and big buildings
It feels a little warmer there; I hear the people talking
As I cruise my way down the river I see a little fawn
I reached Canada; I am close to Lake Winnipeg
I got to Lake Winnipeg; it feels frigid; I do not want to sink
I see a kid and a dad in a boat fishing- they got one
I think IՉm getting closer to Nelson River
As I keep going I see a weed on me so I take it off
I make it to the Nelson River; I see geese flying in the air
It is spring now; the snow is melted
I see plants blooming; it is a nice day today
IՉm getting closer, I think see Hudson Bay
I got to Hudson Bay; it is hot outside
I see a bear and its cubs playing around
I meet an otter and I named it Oscar
I am getting close to the Atlantic Ocean
I have made it to the Atlantic Ocean
I did it! I have met my goal!
I see whales, sharks, and dolphins
There are big waves pulling me
That was a fun journey!!!
