LightningՉs Dream: Hi my name is Lightning and I started my journey at the Clearwater Dam. I want to make it to the Atlantic Ocean. When I first got into the water I saw a floating log and there was a family of otters on it. It was so fun to see. About two days later I saw all these gray clouds in the sky. I thought it was going to rain but it was a BIG thunderstorm. It was really scary and I started to see lightning. I blinked one time and when I opened my eyes lightning was coming right for me and it hit me! My paint melted off me and I was all singed black. I saw a boat and it had a dad and kid fishing with a net. I got caught in the net and they picked me up.They brought me to their cottage and painted me bright colors again. They brought me back in the water. It was almost dark and I saw fireflies. They went all around my canoe and I was glowing. I got to Hudson Bay. There was a little waterfall where little fish were swimming all around me. I looked into the sunset. I felt proud of myself because I completed my journey.
